Station Map for the Occultation by (31867) 2000 EG94 at Tuesday, 2009 November 03 (~ 20:32 UT)
Video observation!
Very short occultation of a bright star!
V-magnitude of target star HIP 109074: 3.0 mag
Spectral type G0
Johnson B-V Colour Index: + 1.0
The max duration is expected to be 0.4 sec with a max drop of 13.9 mag.
The event will take place at an altitude of 34 deg and at azimuth 217 deg. The sun will be at an altitude of -44 deg. (At predicted centre line for longitude E 10 deg)
There is a 1 sigma uncertainty interval of ± 9.3 path widths.
The probabilities to see a positive event:
Centre line: ~ 4 %
Path limits: ~ 4 %
1 sigma lines: ~ 3 %
2 sigma lines: ~ 1 %
(Calculation according to Raymond Dusser, E.A.O.N. Circular #10)
