In the case of an occultation, the combined light of the asteroid and the star will drop by 0.3 mag to 11.7 mag (the magnitude of the asteroid).

The max duration is expected to be 5.9 sec with a max drop of 0.29 mag.
The event will take place at an altitude of 62 deg and at azimuth 167 deg. The sun will be at an altitude of -56 deg. (At predicted centre line for longitude 0 deg)
